Interface Guide

From Loot of Baal Wiki and Guides

Loot of Baal interface is complicated and it's important to know how it works to use it properly. This guide will help new beginner players to get a grasp on the game UI and enjoy the grind more.

Check out other Loot of Baal Guides for more info.

Game interface can be in a vertical or horizontal (landscape) mode. The main difference is a placement order of elements on the screen, so this guide will help with both variants. Landscape mode seems to be more zoomed in and take more screen space.

Interface Overview[edit source]

The game interface is divided into two main sections:

  • Battle Screen
  • Map and various system menus.

Battle Screen Details[edit source]

  • Top-left corner: Numbered buttons for team management (Team 1 / Team 2).
  • Center: Current area and a progress bar that advances based on resting and combat.
  • Upper-left: Real-time display of coins dropped in the current stage.
  • Bottom-right: A purple chest, which is a timed reward chest – clear the stage within the limit to open it.
  • Below the battle screen: A dialogue box showing the combat log. Hover over characters or enemies to see detailed stats.

Right-side Buttons[edit source]

  • Loop Battle: Automatically repeats the current stage with rest intervals.
  • Force Exit: Immediately returns you to town.

Note: Loop Battle becomes available only after the stage has been cleared once.

Temporary Storage Panel[edit source]

The panel between the upper and lower windows serves as a temporary inventory.

  • Gear picked up in combat is stored here temporarily and moved to the player’s warehouse after battle.
  • Diamond icon: Gem-only storage.
  • Numbered tabs: General item storage.
  • If your warehouse is full, items stay here. After clearing space, click the Arrow Down to transfer all items at once.

System & Map[edit source]

On the left side of the lower window, you’ll find three buttons:

  • Click the Arrow Up to expand the system menu.
  • Click the Assembly button to access the world map. Drag the map to explore other regions.

Map Icons[edit source]

  • Red dot: Combat stage
  • Green dot: Camp
  • Gray dot: Special stages (e.g. Gold or EXP)

Click on a map name to:

  • View potential item drops
  • See enemy types (via the skull icon at the bottom-right)
  • See stage buffs (via the red exclamation mark at the bottom-left)
  • Start the stage by clicking Start Adventure
