Shop and Reputation Guide

Loot of Baal Shop is used to sell unnecessary items and buy various stuff from the Alchemist. This guide will cover basic shop mechanics and offer tips on which are the best purchases and how to farm gold efficiently.

Shop System Overview

The shop interface is divided into six pages, each page unlocked progressively as your **Reputation Level** increases.

• You can check the remaining time until the shop refreshes via the countdown timer located in the **bottom-left corner** of the shop interface.
• When the timer expires, the available goods will refresh.

What to Buy (Recommended Purchases)

As your reputation level increases, the Alchemist's shop will offer a wider variety of goods. However, your gold is always limited, so spend it wisely.

Top recommended purchases:

• Set Equipment Crates – These crates contain random set gear and help you complete set bonuses faster.
• Rune Words – Buy each one only once; there's no need for duplicates.

Optional purchases:

• Equipment bases – Only buy if the gear type and stats match what you need for crafting or inlaying.
• Not recommended for wearing directly unless it fits a specific build or purpose.

Reputation System

Shop reputation is increased solely by completing Quests.

• Open the **System Menu** and go to the Quest section to view all available tasks.
• There are three main types of quests:

Quest Types

1. Elimination Quests – Defeat specified enemies in designated areas.
2. Collection Quests – Gather a required number of certain items and submit them.
3. Gold Quests – The simplest type: just pay gold.

• Quests refresh every 1,500 seconds (approx. 25 minutes).
• Only incomplete or unaccepted quests will be refreshed — active quests will remain.

How to Earn Gold

There are three main ways to farm gold in the game:

1. Complete Quests – Many quests reward varying amounts of gold.
2. Run Gold-Focused Stages – Some maps provide special bonuses to gold drop rates.
   1. Tip: Equip gear that increases Gold Drop Rate for maximum effect.
3. Sell Unused Equipment – Offloading excess or low-tier gear to merchants yields a steady income.
